Marie's Promise did an amazing job. We are in the process of selling a house that was 2700 square feet that had 18-years worth of "living in it" in the walls, floors, etc... Not to say we didn't clean, but what Marie's team did was really incredible. Before the team even came out, Marie was extremely communicative, got back to us very quickly, was transparent and open about price and services, and setting up the appointment was easy. On the day of, Sophie was the team lead with Justin and Darryl. They arrived on time, explained the process extremely well, asked great questions in terms of what to focus on, and then got right to work. It took them a little longer to finish because the job was bigger than they anticipated. But they stuck with their keen level of detail and didn't skimp as the original anticipated end time approached. The job was complete - from the baseboards to every surface, all appliances inside and out, windows, blinds, even those annoying louvered doors. The were respectful throughout. When the appointment was nearing completion, they let us know they were packing up and gave us enough time to get over to visit and inspect. Sophie walked us through the house and explained everything, including the 1 or 2 spots they tried very hard to get clean but couldn't, and the other spots where they did have a lot of great success. In the end, it looked amazing. I know there are a ton of cleaning services out in the Chester County area. And I know people have their reservations on whether 1) you can trust the people entering your house, and 2) whether they will do a job that is 1000X better than you can do yourself. Easy answer - YES and YES. Pricewise, it was about what I would have expected. I can't say it was INEXPENSIVE, but I also think it was a fair price for the great service we received. The BEST deep clean my house has gotten by a company, hands down! With two toddlers and being pregnant, I neglected a lot of my home the past few months. They actually cleaned the floors, not just pushed around a mop, which has always been my biggest complaint about cleaning companies.
